At the heart of our craft is the Flavour Library, a living collection of casks that allows us to explore flavour freely and bottle each adventure as a layered, distinctive Irish whiskey.

Discover the revival of the lost art of Irish Whiskey Bonding with J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey. This is not another distillery visit. Instead, it offers something different and far rarer. Here, you are introduced to Irish whiskey bonding, the craft of sourcing, selecting, and blending whiskey from distilleries across Ireland to create unique expressions. You will be guided through a tasting of our core range, with 3 x 20ml samples of J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey.
